Wetherby is the only racecourse in the Leeds district and one of Yorkshire’s classic jumping tracks, racing since the 1890s on its course east of the town.
The season runs through autumn, winter and spring, headlined by the Charlie Hall Chase in early November (see our What’s On fixtures post for the full 2026–27 season). It is a friendly, unpretentious course: good viewing, short queues and proper Yorkshire racegoers.
