Morley’s Christmas season officially begins on Saturday 28 November 2026, when the town’s Christmas lights are switched on in the town centre on Queen Street, in front of Morley Town Hall.
The celebration is being organised on behalf of Morley Town Council by events specialist Stephanie James. The switch-on is the town’s big festive gathering — the Queen Street crowd, the countdown, and the town centre lit up for Christmas.
Free to attend — just turn up in the town centre.
