Leeds makes cycling history again. The Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift begins in Britain for the first time, and stage one starts on the Headrow — 13 years after the men’s Grand Départ packed the same streets. The peloton rolls out through Headingley, Kirkstall and Bramley before racing on to Manchester, with stages in Sheffield and London to follow.

Friday 30 July 2027, start on the Headrow, Leeds city centre. Watching is free — expect road closures across the route through the morning. Background: Leeds City Council.
