Guiseley’s festive season starts with The Big Christmas Switch On on Sunday 22 November 2026 — a street party at Town Gate from 1pm to 5pm, organised by the community-run Guiseley Lights CIC.
Town Gate fills with stalls from local charities, community groups and food and drink vendors, and the organisers expect around 4,000 people through the day before the town’s Christmas lights are switched on.
